she may weep when May sweeps by
every beautiful day, must be followed up
perhaps with something grotesque
in a sense, to naturally overthrow
the growth of the trees the flowers and the branch
catching the sleeping beauty off guard
never giving her a fair chance
to fight for what she's worth and to profit
for which she's worked,
a pale sky can tell me, that the sun
will not be out for two hours, two days even,
if the spell is cast just right with clouds looming,
folding together like origami cranes
because every beautiful day, must be followed up
perhaps by something grotesque
in a sense, to naturally undermine
the growth that stands the test of Mother Nature's time,
and SHE may weep when the sun-drenched tint of May sweeps by,
if the thunder continues contaminating, her incandescent sky.
April showers bring may flowers this poem kind of reminds me of that old saying.
Wonderfully done sweetie
Hugs,
