Distance- Help

Hello
Iam 23 years and for the first time in years i have finally decided to admitte to my feelings and being truth to myself. As i dont want to life a lie anymore. The closered has become tooooo small, i want to feel free and enjoy life. i have came out to a few friends and laterly at work.

My biggest problem is the distance i have between me and my family, cause i want to come out to them. But dont know how to do it. Iam in the states at present moment and my family is back home in South Africa. And i dont want to do it over the phone, even the tempetion is here at times.

Please help Question

Good luck with your journey of discovery.

Regarding coming out to your family perhaps you could write them a letter, sometimes it is easier to express exactly what we feel when we aren't in the heat of an emotional face to face conversation. I agree that doing it during a phone conversation is probably not the best way. Otherwise, why not wait until you get back home, by then you are likely to be stronger in your sense of self!
