I took the time to realize today.
There's been so much standing in our way.
To clear the air I had to say my piece.
Had to give the thoughts inside my head release.

And so I listened to every word you had to say.
I let my worries fall off my shoulders, let the troubles melt away.
Your laughter soothed my frightened heart, and I smiled deep inside.
That wall is crashing down, and I no longer want to hide.
Because...

Everything is ok.....I promise. There would have to be mountain beyond mountain to keep us apart and even then I would take climbing lessons. Trust in me to be here for you. Whether you need me to pick you up or just hold you while you are down....I got you. Whatever life throws our way, know that it is ok and we will work through it together.
