When The Walls Come Closin' In

I can’t really tell you why
And I never know just when
Don’t ever see it comin’
When the walls come closin’ in

I may be walkin’ in the street
Or sittin’ in a chair
Might start from down below
Or come from way up there

Don’t seem to have a beginning
But I know right where it’ll end
Even the clouds are crowdin’ me
When the walls come closin’ in

I met her through her mother
Thought she’d be my friend
We were gonna ride off in the sunset
Then the walls came closin’ in

Preacher warned of a firey death
Gotta stop this life I’m livin’
Says I got to pray to God
And all will be forgiven

Don’t know what I’m doin’ wrong
Or why he’d call it sin
I wonder if it’s the hand of God
When the walls come closin’ in

There's got to be a beginning
For something to have an end
That middle part’s called livin’
But then the walls come closin’ in

Rachelle,

Reminds me of the mormons who told me that they don't ban gay and lesbians from their church but they will try and help cure them... I told them I had no wish to be cured, the disease is wayyyy too much fun!! Another great thought provoking write Rachelle!
